Blogging Tip : Remove no follow attribute

If you're a blogger, you must be familiar with this tag (rel="nofollow"), and this tag tells the bot don't ever to follow this hyperlink. For example, you may come across this tag in the comment section and your blog post section.

By having these attribute into your comment section, it gives you the benefit i.e to prevent the comment spam and bloggers are strongly advised to place the attribute into the script, thus avoiding the spammers from raising their own websites' search engine rankings.

I can understand that very well, but why should the tag placed in our blog post section? Unless you and I are the so-called spammer, then only it makes sense. In this article, I will show you how to remove the attribute thus getting your post with any link to be followed by the bot. With this move, you give your blog a high growth rate ranked when comes to gauge by Google.

Just follow this simple steps below:-

1- Click on Dashboard> Layout> Edit Html
2- Look for Expand Widget Templates box and check the box.
3- Search for these lines:-

<a href="data:backlink.url" rel="nofollow">
<data:backlink.title></data:backlink.
title></a>

4- If you have a hard time searching for the above line, please make full use of the Control F keyboard control function as well.
5- Delete the above line in red color.
6- Save the template.
