You may want to develop your own comment policy for your blog. For this example, my comment policy is:-
Comments posted on OnlineBiz-MY Version must be accompanied by names or pseudonyms. Anonymous posting and those containing profanities will be rejected. Thanks, Ismail.
Let's work on your comment policy as easy as A.B.C
1- Click on Dashboard> Layout> Setting> Comments
2- Look for your Comment Form Message.
3- Add your own words to your Comment Form Message.
4- Save settings and you're done with it.

3. Comments are moderated due to spam problems. I have to approve the comment before it will show up.
